The first stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours takes us to a family-run diner, where the best steam rolled cake Banh cuon in town is served, claimed by many Hanoians. The experienced chef will skillfully demonstrate how the different ingredients are put together to craft this one-of-a-kind delicacy. As we wind past the old quarter’s narrow alleys selling bright lanterns and decorative lights, the ride will bring us to the Red River to catch a glimpse of Hanoi city by night on both sides.

The second stage of our Hanoi By Night Foodie Motorbike Tours leads us to one of Hanoi’s most prominent family run restaurants where you will get to enjoy Bun Cha( grilled pork with vermicelli noodle).
