ITINERARY: Hanoi Countryside Jeep Tours To Co Loa Villages
At 8:00AM or 1:00PM, you will meet our guide and drivers at your hotel to begin the Hanoi Countryside Jeep Tours. This tour takes you out of Hanoi to visit old rural villages, where you can observe and learn about the daily lives of people in the countryside. During the tour, we will stop at a local family’s home to try some candy with tea and have a conversation with them, with our guide serving as a translator.
Continuing the jeep ride, we will visit a farm and cruise through green rice paddies on off-the-beaten-path dirt roads until we reach Co Loa Citadel Temple. Here, we will learn more about Vietnam’s history and explore the site’s beautiful scenery. Co Loa Citadel is associated with the legend of Thuc Phan An Duong Vuong, who established and defended the country against foreign invaders.
The next stop on the tour is Hoi Phu Village, known for producing broomsticks, a popular traditional craft in the Red River Delta. Guests will have the opportunity to observe talented broom makers as they create functional and beautiful broomsticks out of broom grass.
The Hanoi Countryside Jeep Tours ends in a local restaurant back in town, where we will try some authentic Vietnamese food before we drop you off at your hotel, concluding the amazing tour.
