We then enjoy our amazing ride through the new parts of Hanoi to reach Duong lam Ancient Village situated in Son Tay town. It is one of the most unique villages in Hanoi with the characteristics of architecture and art of an ancient village in the Red River delta. The village has been considered as the laterite museum with mossy ancient houses dating back over 500 years old. This is also an opportunity for travelers to admire the unique architectural features of the ancient houses, visit the temples of two kings born from Duong Lam Ancient Village and engage in conversation with the locals in their own ancient houses.
Cruising through greenish rice paddy, lush gardens and rural villages we arrive to Ba Vi national park – one of Vietnam’s most famous areas of outstanding natural beauty. The national park offers a great escape from the city with cool fresh mountain air in a mystical atmospheric backdrop of clouds, jungle and tropical rain forest. There are also wonderful tropical forest views and vistas all the way to Hanoi from this peak. Apart from fast-flowing Da River located on one side of the national park; there are also several streams running through the park. We enjoy lunch in a local restaurant and explore the national park in the afternoon with the easy walk to a holy temple. on the way back to Hanoi we will visit 54 ethnic minorities village to learn more about Vietnam’s rich custom, culture and tradition. We arrive our hotel and finish our fascinating adventure at about 5:30pm.
