Day 1: Ha Giang city, Heaven’s Gate, Lung Tam village, Yen Minh, Hmong King’s Palace, Dong Van
You’ll meet your guide and rider here at 8:30 a.m. The road takes you up Bac Sum Pass and up Heaven Gate, where you will find some beautiful and tranquil scenery. A great way to start the day. You will undoubtedly encounter the Vietnamese countryside, as well as stunning scenery such as the twin mountains and the small town of Tam Son. You pass through Chin Khoanh Pass on your way to Dong Van. You will see the endless nature and beautiful surroundings of Vietnam on this journey. Dong Van rock plateau is a significant geological heritage landscape in Vietnam.
There are endless rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks, and breathtaking views in the landscape. It also allows you to experience the life of hill tribe villages where locals work the land, which is a great way to get to know the locals and bond with them in their daily lives. Then we’ll go to the Hmong King’s Palace, a Vuong family home in Sa Phin. After a long day of relaxing sightseeing, we’ll head to Dong Van for a local Vietnamese dinner and live music.
Day 2 Dong Van Town – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac – Yen Minh – Ha Giang City
After finishing our morning breakfast, we depart Dong Van for what will be the journey’s high point, the Ma Pi Leng Pass. It is well known for its breathtaking views and is often referred to as the “king” of Vietnam’s passes, with its highest point at an elevation of 2,000 meters. With a view of the entire valley and its breathtaking views of the Nho Que river, this will be a memory you’ll never forget.
You’ll take another road just past the pass to get back to Yen Minh. This road will take you through the breathtaking scenery as. The route returns you to Ha Giang City from Yen Minh.
Throughout the tour, you will encounter various cultures and hill tribes, including the Hmong tribe of Ha Giang province. Their lovely clothes are easy to spot. The stunning scenery, fascinating country life, and beautiful culture will all leave an impression on you along the way.
