🟠 Part 1: Bánh Xèo, Fresh Herbs & Your First Vespa Ride
Your experience begins with hotel pickup by your Vietnamese female Vespa driver and English-speaking guide. After a quick safety briefing, we head into the streets of Ho Chi Minh City.
Our first stop introduces you to Bánh Xèo, a crispy Vietnamese savory pancake filled with shrimp and accompanied by fresh herbs, vegetables, salad, and dipping sauce.
After tasting the pancake, we continue by Vespa through the city. The ride takes you beyond the main tourist areas, passing cafés, traditional homes, small businesses, busy intersections, and residential streets.

We then make our way to a casual neighborhood seafood spot for grilled oysters.
Depending on the preparation, the oysters can feature black pepper sauce or quail egg toppings, creating a rich and smoky seafood experience.

We leave District 3 and continue by Vespa toward another food neighborhood.
