ITINERARY: Hanoi Food and Sights Female Vespa Tours

When you reach your hotel, the skilled drivers and friendly guides of Asia Motorbike Adventures will extend a warm greeting. They’ll give you a detailed plan and safety instructions before we begin our authentic and extraordinary expedition in the heart of Hanoi. As we travel, we’ll uncover hidden treasures, starting with our first stop, the stunning Long Bien Bridge.

The Long Bien Bridge, an iconic symbol of Hanoi, was constructed in 1903 by the French and designed by Gustave Eiffel, the famous architect who also created the world-renowned Eiffel Tower. Spanning the Red River, the bridge has stood witness to numerous historical events, including the Vietnam War. Riding on our motorbikes, we’ll enjoy an awe-inspiring view of the river and the city skyline.

We’ll leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city and explore the peaceful countryside to discover Banana Island, a serene haven. On the winding roads, we’ll be surrounded by scenic landscapes and lush greenery.

Upon arrival at Banana Island, friendly locals will greet us and guide us around the island. We’ll learn about their traditional farming techniques for growing guava, banana, litchi, and vegetables and get to taste the island’s fresh and nutritious produce.

Our journey will continue through charming narrow lanes until we arrive at Huu Tiep Lake, a famous site that houses the legendary reunification train track. As we navigate the maze-like alleys, we’ll soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Along the way, we’ll visit a local family and converse with the owner, a war veteran, who will share his life stories and provide us with insights into Vietnamese culture and customs.

After indulging in a delicious local lunch, we’ll conclude our unforgettable Hanoi Motorbike Tour at a renowned Egg coffee cafe that has been serving customers since 1946. Here, we’ll have the opportunity to taste the famous Egg coffee and learn about its fascinating history. Don’t miss this exceptional chance to experience Hanoi like a true local!
