08:00 – Your private guide and car will pick you up at your hotel/residence in Hanoi.

09:30 – Upon arrival in Ri village, you will be welcomed with a drink at your host’s house. Meet Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and tea-farm owner, who will share historical stories from his own experience.

10:00 – Follow Duoc to his vast tea farm and learn how to harvest tea leaves. Enjoy the stunning scenery of the village while helping Duoc pick the best tea leaves to make the most wonderful beverage of Vietnam – traditional tea. You will then be shown the process of producing tea at his small workshop, which is mostly done manually.

At 11:15, take a short ten-minute drive to Moc village where you will visit another host family. Here, you will have an enjoyable cooking class with Chin, who will teach you how to prepare some delicious Vietnamese dishes. After cooking, sit down to a tasty lunch made with the food you helped prepare.

At 1:30 pm, take a leisurely stroll around the village and visit some local families to gain insight into the rural lifestyle. You will also have the opportunity to learn how tofu, conical hats, and other local products are made.

At 2:45 pm, hop on a bicycle and embark on a scenic ride through the beautiful paddy fields. As you cycle, you will have a chance to interact with local farmers.

At 3:30 pm, complete your countryside tour by indulging in a traditional foot bath using warm water infused with herbs, based on the recipes of the Muong ethnic minority. This will help relax your tired feet after the cycling tour.

At 4:00 pm, return to your hotel or residence in Hanoi.
