Welcome to Asia Motorbike Adventures – Vietnam Private Tours Led By Women (“Asia Motorbike Adventures,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, making a booking, or participating in one of our tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
- We receive your booking request.
- Payment or deposit (if required) has been received.
- You receive a confirmation email from our team.
Please check your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in the currency shown on the booking page unless otherwise stated.
Prices include only the services listed under each tour’s “What’s Included” section.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Payment
We accept secure payments using approved payment methods listed on our website.
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before the tour begins.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before departure: Free cancellation with a full refund.
- 48 hours or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
- No-show: No refund.
- Late arrival: If you are more than one hour late without notifying us, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
If we cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
5. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change your booking are subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee availability for changes requested close to the tour date.
6. Hotel Pickup
Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off are available for accommodations located within Hanoi Old Quarter unless otherwise stated.
If your accommodation is outside the pickup area, we will provide a convenient meeting point before your tour.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
- Following all safety instructions from guides and drivers.
- Wearing the provided helmet during motorbike and Vespa tours.
- Informing us of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, dietary requirements, or allergies before the tour.
Guests whose behavior endangers themselves, other participants, or staff may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.
8. Safety
Your safety is our highest priority.
Our experienced drivers are fully licensed and trained to operate safely in Vietnam’s traffic conditions.
Participants must follow all instructions provided by our guides throughout the tour.
9. Weather
Our tours operate in most weather conditions.
In the event of rain, complimentary rain ponchos will be provided.
If extreme weather makes a tour unsafe, we may reschedule or cancel the tour.
10. Travel Insurance
Basic tour insurance is included where specified.
We strongly recommend that all international travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
Asia Motorbike Adventures is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items unless required by applicable law.
12. Health Requirements
Guests should ensure they are physically able to participate in the selected tour.
Please inform us before booking if you have:
- Serious medical conditions
- Limited mobility
- Pregnancy
- Food allergies
- Dietary requirements
We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
13. Photography
Our guides may take photographs during the tour for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of Asia Motorbike Adventures unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
15. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Distribute malware or harmful software.
- Copy website content without permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, Asia Motorbike Adventures shall not be liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Traffic delays
- Acts of third parties
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
