    DETAILED ITINERARY  Hanoi to Hoi An 7 Days Motorbike Tours
    Day 1: Hanoi to Mai Chau (140km)
    After meeting our guide, we left Hanoi for Hoa Binh to have lunch. Our route then took us across two mountains before heading down to the charming mountain valley settlement of Mai Chau, an area famous for the Thai ethnicity. Our host for the night is a local family, who will provide us with beautiful accommodation in a traditional stilt house and a family dinner where you will be invited to enjoy a delicious dish. cooked at home, regional specialties.

    Day 2: Mai Chau to Vinh (300 km)
    Following the beautiful Ma River bank, we head south to join the new Ho Chi Minh Highway, located atop the original Ho Chi Minh Trail. This newly carved route leads us south through a remote country, not far from the Lao border. We stayed overnight in the coastal city of Vinh, near where Ho Chi Minh was born and an area of ​​special significance to the United States during the war.

    Day 3: Vinh to Phong Nha (280 km)
    From Vinh, we follow Highway 1 deep into the countryside of Vietnam and head towards the Lao border. Drives with remote landscaping gradually shifted to the scenery dominated by karst limestone formations. In the afternoon, we arrive at the World Heritage-listed National Park, Phong Nha and start a wonderful boat trip into Phong Nha cave, one of the largest caves in the world.

    Day 4: Phong Nha to Khe Sanh (210 km)
    Today we attacked deep in the primeval forests surrounding Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. A classic drive! On the way, we passed some important locations, where the majority of North Vietnamese soldiers and trucks passed through Laos during the war.
    In the afternoon, having passed the mountain border division between northern and southern Vietnam, we arrived at Khe Sanh – the site of the former US Navy base and the site of the famous siege. halt the Tet offensive of 1968.

    Day 5: Khe Sanh to Hue (160 km)

    Day 6: Hue
    Hue, places of interest and attractions are tightly packed into a small area – making it the perfect place to relax for miles and miles. In the morning, we take a light bike ride, visit the nearby Citadel and Thien Mu Pagoda, giving you free afternoon to explore the rest of the city or return to the pool.

    Day 7: Hue to Hoi An (180 km)
    Being bound by Hoi An, we headed east along a beautiful coastal route through many colorful fishing villages next to a seemingly endless beach. The salty atmosphere and coastal landscape are a strong contrast to the mountains from the old days. We often stop to soak our toes into the sea, chat with fishermen and take photos. At the midpoint of our drive, we climbed to the highest point of Highway 1, Hai Van Pass and enjoyed panoramic views of the coast. The road then winds in the direction of Hoi An, passing through Danang, Ngu Hanh Son and along the coast.
